Hahahah. Sajaa. I need to lose weight before raya, before bro’s wedding, well… JUST LOSE WEIGHT fullstop! Need to fit back in into those old tshirts! Brrr. Oprah says you have to work hard til Week 12 to see the difference! Well, with no cheats that is =P =P

*I still think we STILL need a ‘cheat day’ after all the hard work hehe! =P *

hahah i NEED to lose weight but im not a gym person beb! heheh! aku jog weekdays and weekends aku off, just make do with the stationary bike and whatnots at home =P Nantitah ah, good idea tho, you should drag me out to the gym once in a while! =P

Drink loads of green tea. Jgn rajin makan nasi, makan nestum with honey. you will lose, lieke 3-4kg in one week! good luck!!xx

There are no quick fixes to weight loss. Pills and potions will deliver weight loss but once you start eating as you did the weight will pile back on. The only way to do it is by changing your lifestyle and tackling your bad habits.
